At Isothermic, we aim to always do better. And since no one likes paying for something that doesn’t work, or taking time off to wait for a solution, we’ve set up the SAV+ after-sales service program.
What is Isothermic’s after-sales service program?
SAV+ is an exclusive service for Isothermic customers that covers four stages in the after-sales service process. It was designed to ensure that customers always know where their project stands and what the next steps are.
1) Getting started
We open a file and have you take a quick questionnaire, so we can identify the right type of technician.
2) Project assessment
We send a technician to your location to conduct a thorough analysis and provide you with a clear action plan.
3) Repair or replacement
We take the necessary steps to resolve the problem.
4) Follow-up
We stay in touch with you to make sure that you’re completely satisfied and the work goes smoothly.
